Sharing by winners:

If you could do one thing to promote world peace, what would that be?

I will call on a world conference to advocate "Forgive and Forget". It is more blessed to give than to receive. Try to forgive and forget whatever hateful and discontent things, get along with everyone with a joyful smile so as to make more friends than enemies. If every one of us tries to approach this goal, there will be less conflict, and the world will maintain in peace and harmony.

Lee Yin Ting Wanetta | Maryknoll Convent School (Secondary Section)

The answer is simple - promote music. Music is a universal language that everyone loves. There are various kinds of music, for example rock music (for people to express strong feelings like anxiety and anger), soft music (for people to release stress and feel relaxed). People unite through music which exists everywhere in the world. Nobody can ignore the power of music and I would like to use music to pass on the message of love and peace in the world.

Cheng Ho Ching Justin | Queen's College

I would recall the memories of the world about the two World Wars which caused fatal disaster. Through different media and the Internet, the older generation could share the pain of such World Wars, and educate the younger generations to take it as a lesson, not to fight because of anything. Education is the most powerful weapon. It could totally change one’s mind and thus, I would choose it to promote world peace.

Cheng Long Ching Jason | Wah Yan College Kowloon
