Have you heard of Sherlock Holmes? Why do you think stories about this detective are so popular even today?

Yes I have heard of Sherlock holmes. I think stories about this detective are still so popular today beacause of the suspense, the intrigue, the mystery and the action. Serlock Holmes is a story about criminals, devious plots and ingenious schemes. There are lots of exciting scenes, mind-boggling clues and fast-paced action all along the storyline. I think they are still so popular nowadays because of the same thrill we readers/movie-lovers enjoy when it was first published and even today. I really like Sherlock Holmes, we really like the twisting plot and life-like characters that bring the whole Sherlock Holmes series to life. I really wanted to experience the suspense first-hand.

I have heard of Sherlock Holmes since I was small as I love reading detective stories very much. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle created Holmes as a detective, living in 221B Baker Street. You can really image the scenes when reading between the lines, like you are standing right beside the characters, watching things happening. In movies, there are excitement, comedy and friendship. This catches the public’s attention, so this detective s still so poplar till now.

In 2009, many people already known as Sherlock Holmes. I know him too. He is a famous detective. I love reading about Holmes’s books. These kinds of Sherlock books attract me because they are interesting. They can make me thinking. The content is doubted, thrill and exciting. They are tenseness and stimulation too. So they are suit for youth. And this is why detective stories are so popular even today.
I’ve read many detective stories. But I’ve never watched a film about that. I wish to watch Sherlock Holmes very much. Because I hope to feel that kind of stimulus."
