JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND

In this follow-up to the 2008 worldwide hit “Journey to the Center of the Earth,” the new 3D family adventure “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” begins when young Sean Anderson (Josh Hutcherson, reprising his role from the first film) receives a coded distress signal from a mysterious island where no island should exist. It’s a place of strange life forms, mountains of gold, deadly volcanoes, and more than one astonishing secret.

Unable to stop him from going, Sean’s new stepfather, Hank (Dwayne Johnson), joins the quest. Together with a helicopter pilot (Luis Guzman) and his beautiful, strong-willed daughter (Vanessa Hudgens), they set out to find the island, rescue its lone inhabitant and escape before seismic shockwaves force the island under the sea and bury its treasures forever.

“I would create a creature that can absorb radiation. The covered range of absorbing radiation is wide. So it is useful to the entire world. With this creature’s help, we do not need to suffer from the harmful radiation produced by electronic products. In case there is a nuclear leak or explosion, it can also handle the radioactive material produced. This creature is tiny so that it can hide itself from malicious humans.”

“…I will add a special puppy with a lot of talents. You may say that a dog is too normal and raise a question that whether a dog is suitable to live on Mysterious Island…However, the dog I create is the most powerful and bravest animal in the world. It can swim in the deep sea, run fast on the ground, fly upward in the sky, stand calmly under any circumstances, for examples: earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami and etc. As we all know, the symbolic meaning of a dog is loyalty, that means when human gets lost or faces dangers on the island , the dog will protect them and keep them safe or even save their life. Therefore it is really useful to have a dog as our friends when we are scared and lonely.”

“…I would like to create a creature that doesn't exist. In my opinion, the most hideous and horrible type of living species in the whole world are insects. My very creature could be a combination of the most ugly and treacherous insects. It would have the body of a cockroach, the wings of a bee, the tail of a scorpion, the head of a fly and the claws of a beetle.

I have always enjoyed the products of the modern world. So, I would equip this giant 30 foot tall creature with twin Vulcan Miniguns on the side. They would be able to help the creature attack its prey. Also, there would be a giant cannon mounted on the creature's head to inflict great damage on its enemy. By combining the horrors of the insect world the the works of technology, I have created a new creature that no one dares anger.”
