How would you feel if you were turned into a frog?

Sharing by winners:

I'd feel utterly disgusted. Imagine having green slimy hands and feet when you wake up one morning. It'd be creepy because you suddenly found out that you're fifty times smaller and shorter. And of course, most of all, devastating because you just happen to be an ugly, wretched, disgusting little frog.

Think of food. Flies in my mouth, dancing through my throat and sliding into my stomach. Yuck! I'd probably puke. Frog tongue. Long and stretchy. That's just sad.

I think the world would seem prodigious from the perspective of a frog. It would be inexplicable if I really was turned into a frog. It would definitely be an ignominy if I were a frog!

Leonni Antono | Marymount Secondary School

Frogs are considered cold and slimy amphibians but I think differently. If I became a frog, I'd love to learn how they survive and co-operate with one another but I would only want to live as a frog for a week. I would miss my family terribly and I would feel the need to catch up in school! I would feel helpless and want to be human again.

Leigh Vanessa J | St Paul’s Convent School (Secondary Section)

If I was turned into a frog, I wouldn't be sad, as that wouldn't help me survive in the wild. I would also get the chance to be in someone else's shoes~ in this case, a frog’s. I would gain a lot of experience from it, and perhaps cherish life more than I did before~ perhaps I would finally understand the dangers of being in the wild~ the dangers of being the prey, instead of the comforts of being the predator.
